 The Rubber
Understanding the requirement for the rubber compound in offset printing is paramount to its
formulation. As well as being chemically compatible with the print chemistry, inks, washes, founts
it must have the physicals to resist wear and heat build up and remain stable in both dimension and
hardness.
The Roller
Having established the optimum covering for a particular application the roller has to be
manufactured. This includes having cores and accessories meeting strict OEM specifications and the
rollers with coverings that are accurate in dimension and surface characteristics.
The Value
The efficiency and waste minimization of the process ensures that its cost reflects its true value.
